I was so happy to see this email from Denise Briant in my inbox.  
Denise is an interior designer in New Jersey and I absolutely love this transformation.  She graciously allowed me to share photos, by Lindsey Reed Photography, on my blog today.  

Here is the before shot of this colonial room.  Love the moldings.

Can you even believe it's the same room?  The use of color is perfection and I just wish this was my house!

I actually did the sharp intake of breath at that after - so so pretty!! I love those dark and dramatic drapes against the white, and the art!! And the light! And the fireplace screen!

Those black curtains really make the room look dramatic, I love the bright pops of colour too. I would love to have a dinner party in this room :D

Wow. It really is hard to believe its the same room. The fire place cover is so cute, it never crossed my mind to do that. And I love the mirrored cabinet.
