amazing DIY drum pendant

My friend, Alison, has tackled yet another light.  

I shared her last chandelier here.

I think this is soooooooo beautiful that I can not believe it's a DIY.

Here was her inspiration that sells for $2,850.00!  I actually like Alison's version better.  Her expense was $153.62.  You can read more about materials used here.
